» Prayerful Encouragement
» Accountability - Enrollment meets state attendance laws, while affording you the liberty of following the Lord's leading in your home based learning program.
» Formal Documentation - Includes official transcripts in addition to community service hours records and academic reports.
» Lending Library Access - We have a small, but growing, library.
» Testing - We highly recommend that test taking skills be made a part of your teaching plan. Test taking involves skills every student will need to master for their schooling years and beyond. We can help direct you to Florida certified teachers in your area offering testing services.
» High school diploma - A diploma may be earned through one of two options. More...
» Access to School Activities  (on local level) - Field trips and co-operative learning. Members can visit our Parents Corner for this year's Learning Activities List.
» Please note

Enrollment Details

There is no guarantee of enrollment prior to the interview for the coming school year. This is true for returning families as well as new applicants. Parents of eligible students are encouraged to send in the $45 application fee and the student application forms for each child as early as possible. All application forms, together with the total registration and balance, should be sent postmarked to MorningStar by the first of September.

Enrollment of students is made on a first come, first served basis with the understanding that the children of our volunteers are given priority.

Families looking at a home based learning option for the purpose of training and discipling their children for God's Kingdom make up the membership of MorningStar School.  An interview, prior to admittance, is part of our admissions policy. If you haven't already done so, we encourage you to visit our About Us page for details regarding our founding, focus and statement of faith.
